These Terms of Service form a legally binding agreement between you and WhereIsThisPlace.io regarding your access to and use of the site and related services.

2. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the site, source code, functionality, designs, text, images, graphics, trademarks, and logos are owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable law.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the site, you confirm that your submitted information is accurate, that you will maintain its accuracy, and that you have the legal capacity to comply with these terms.

4. Uploaded Images

By uploading images or links, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Temporary storage: Uploaded image assets are stored securely only to perform the requested geolocation analysis.
• Auto-deletion: Uploaded files are automatically and permanently deleted from secure Cloudflare R2 storage 24 hours after submission.
• Rights: You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit the image.

5. Subscriptions, Searches, and Refunds

Search plan purchases and usage are governed by these terms.

• Subscriptions: Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically unless cancelled.
• One-time packs: One-time search packs do not expire until consumed.
• Refunds: Plans are refundable within 14 days only if no searches have been used.
