Refund Policy

1. Overview

WhereIsThisPlace.io provides AI photo geolocation services that consume cloud GPU, spatial calculation, and global index resources when a query runs.

2. Eligibility

To request a refund, your purchase must meet all conditions below.

• Time window: The request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase.
• Unused balance: You must have consumed 0 searches from the purchased plan or top-up pack.

3. Non-refundable Cases

• Any plan or package where at least 1 search has been executed.
• Requests submitted more than 14 days after purchase.
• Subscription renewals where the active balance has already been partially used.

4. Requesting a Refund

If your request qualifies, email connect@whereisthisplace.io with your order number, purchase email address, and plan name. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
